About the role

Responsibilities

  • Building and scaling extensions on top of our core platform used by the world’s largest enterprises across merchant, acquirer, and card issuer spaces.
  • Shipping features iteratively, optimizing for MVP while ensuring scalability into full-fledged customer offerings.
  • Setting engineering standards, shaping team culture, and contributing to the product roadmap.
  • Working directly with customers, vendors, and partners to understand business problems and solve them with creative, reusable software solutions.
  • Contributing to architecture decisions and shaping product direction in payment tokenization, network token management, and credential orchestration.

Requirements

  • Strong product instincts with holistic thinking about UX, API design, and system correctness.
  • Experience shipping high-quality software in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
  • Optimistic problem-solving mindset to ship features even when others think it’s impossible.
  • Comfort working in an agentic engineering environment, understanding benefits and risks of technologies.
  • Enthusiasm for working directly with customers and vendors to own solutions end-to-end.
  • Intuition for payments, tokenization, and credential management systems (or strong desire and ability to learn quickly).
  • Values craft, deep technical knowledge, and delivering great product experiences.
  • Thrives working independently and in small, high-ownership teams.
