About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand campaigns: Own the visual direction for integrated campaigns, out-of-home, events, experiential activations from brief through final delivery. Concept, design, and set visual creative across channels and mediums.
  • Collaborate across disciplines: Partner with copywriters, video and motion creatives, and marketing stakeholders to bring integrated ideas to life.
  • Contribute to visual identity: Partner on evolution of visual identity including typography, color, composition, photography direction, and design system guardrails.
  • Maintain quality and consistency: Review brand creative across the team to ensure high standards.
  • Build AI-powered design processes: Identify and implement AI tools to increase design output and creative velocity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of brand or visual design experience with strong campaign concepting and execution portfolio.
  • Proven experience designing across channels: print media, OOH, digital, events, paid social, brand campaigns.
  • Strong visual sensibility to direct photography, establish tone, and give feedback.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Expertise with design systems and brand governance.
  • Proficiency in AI design tools for production workflows.
  • Proficiency in digital user experiences: landing pages, web, email.
  • Experience working in-house at B2B SaaS or tech company (agency experience considered with strong portfolio).

Compensation

  • Annual range: $140,000-$170,000 OTE (includes base and variable pay).
