Responsibilities
- Feature development: Owning features on web platforms – Phantom Extension and website.
- New initiatives and products: Leading initiatives to add support for other blockchains and launch new complementary products or infrastructure.
- Interfacing with users: Directly supporting end-users and developers building on Phantom, collecting feedback to inform product direction.
- Team building: Working with the team to foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years full-time software engineering experience with some of the following technologies: React, TypeScript, React-Query, Solana web3.js, ethers.js.
- Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms.
- English language proficiency.

Target base salary: $180,000 - $220,000 plus equity and benefits (determined by skillset, experience, interviews, and market factors).
