Responsibilities
Read, assess, and apply applicable codes to large quantities of user-generated content, including text, images, and videos.
Work steadily and efficiently in a queue environment.
Review performance feedback to minimize coding errors and meet or exceed performance metrics.
Attend scheduled and as-needed one-on-one coaching calls.
Work between 16 and 29 hours per week based on content volume, including at least 4 weekend hours.
Check in on days not scheduled to work when needed.
Use Google Mail, Calendar, Meet, Sheets, and Docs, as well as Slack and online forums, to manage performance expectations independently.
Perform quality assurance checks of teammates' and machine-moderated content.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent international credential, or 7+ years of professional content moderation experience.
Professional working proficiency in English and professional-level proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken.
Authorization to work in the United States and residence in Texas, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, or Ohio.
3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
Ability to read, comprehend, and assess content quickly and make decisions immediately.
Comfort learning and using new web-based applications and tools.
Ability to engage actively with team members in a remote environment.
Ownership of job performance and commitment to meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.
Availability for a semi-flexible schedule of 16–29 hours per week, with 4 hours between Saturday and Sunday.
