Director, Major Sales
Build and lead a New York-based enterprise sales team selling technical products to developers and technical buyers. Own recruiting, coaching AEs through complex 6-7 figure deals, and establishing sales culture in a new office.
The Director of AI Enablement will drive the adoption and value realization of AI across Chamber, working with clinical, product, operations, and data teams. This role involves executing the enterprise AI roadmap, developing impact frameworks, and ensuring responsible AI deployment.
Chamber is looking for a Director of AI Enablement to accelerate how the organization identifies, adopts, and gets real value from AI. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and sits close to the center of the business, working across clinical, product, operations, and data teams to connect the dots and move Chamber forward.
We have a clear arc in mind for this role. You’ll start as a high-powered individual contributor — doing the work directly, building credibility across the organization, and developing a deep understanding of how Chamber operates. Over 18–24 months, that foundation becomes the basis for stepping into a role within Product, Operations, or Provider Network. You'll earn that transition through the work itself.
We’re looking for someone who is thoughtful and collaborative by nature, but also comfortable taking initiative and driving decisions forward. You know how to bring people along — how to explain a complex idea clearly, build alignment across different teams, and make the case for a new direction in a way that resonates with a cardiologist as readily as an engineer. You care about doing this work carefully, especially where patient data and clinical trust are involved.
Our values guide how we lead, collaborate, and care:
Chamber has hub locations in Washington DC, Boston, New York City, and Nashville. This role is open to candidates in any of these hubs or working remotely based in Eastern or Central time hours, with periodic travel to practice sites and Chamber offices expected.
