Oversee daily equity plan operations including grant processing, option exercises, cancellation and cap table management.
Build and optimize processes for equity transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage monthly equity reconciliations and reporting.
Lead demographic and payroll system integrations to streamline equity operations.
Develop and implement automated processes for tax rate calculations and payroll integration.
Create scalable workflows that can support our growing headcount and global expansion.

Ensure timely and accurate tax withholding and reporting for equity transactions.
Support development of equity tax policies and procedures.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on equity-related questions and programs.
Requirements
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
8+ years of experience in equity administration, stock plan management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of equity compensation principles (stock options, RSUs).
Experience with Shareworks equity management platforms.
Proficiency in payroll systems integration and tax withholding processes.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex equity concepts to employees.
