Support day-to-day operations of global recruiting function by maintaining processes, tools, and reporting. Leverage AI/automation to streamline workflows and enhance data quality.
About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of small initiatives while contributing to larger initiatives with moderate to high level of direction from leadership
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1 inquiries, handling system and process issues that require detailed investigation and troubleshooting
- Assist in improving, administering, and testing updates to ATS and recruiting tech stack under guidance from senior team members
- Contribute to process improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams on defined tasks
- Help with TA onboarding, offboarding, training, University Recruiting initiatives and enablement for talent systems to ensure smooth transitions
- Support ongoing programmatic efforts through coordination, reporting, and execution of assigned tasks
- Create and reconcile reports from multiple data sources to provide valuable insights for stakeholders
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and promote system accuracy
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously under moderate supervision
- Basic project management skills to support execution of talent acquisition initiatives
- Effective communication skills with collaborative approach to working with team members across various functions
- Detail-oriented mindset with focus on data quality and accuracy
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with ability to derive insights from multiple data sources
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- Understanding of recruiting lifecycle and processes, with focus on how systems and reporting can improve efficiency and quality
Compensation & Benefits
- This is an hourly contract role intended for June-December
- Zone 1 Pay Range: $50–$60 USD
- Zone 2 Pay Range: $40–$55 USD
- Zone 3 Pay Range: $35–$50 USD
- Zone 4 Pay Range: $30–$45 USD
