Requirements
- Strong technical proficiency in full-stack engineering and cloud-based systems/services
- Advocate of TDD and CI/CD; can drive engineering practices across any team
- Technical coaching experience: translate requirements, create architectural proposals, break work into digestible increments, and guide other Engineers through implementation
- Collaborative, team-first mindset
- Mentor mentality: help fellow Engineers hone their skills through code review, pair programming, and documentation
Nice-to-Haves
- Professional background in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB, and AWS
- Sports industry knowledge (high-level college or professional American football)
