Senior Product Manager - Applied AI
Leads product vision and execution for AI solutions in Snowflake Data Cloud, owning roadmap from customer needs to launch. Requires 7+ years PM experience, technical fluency in AI/ML, and strong customer empathy.
Responsibilities
- Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: Define strategy for large-scale AI solutions, architect end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch and metrics analysis.
- Lead from the Front: Drive cross-functional pod of engineers, data scientists, and architects; partner with design, marketing, sales.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Gather insights from users and executives to solve high-value problems.
- Commercialize Innovation: Turn bespoke solutions into scalable platform features.
- Shape Business Strategy: Collaborate with leadership on product and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of product management experience shipping enterprise software or cloud services.
- Deep technical fluency in data science workflows and AI paradigms (e.g., LLMs, vector databases, agentic workflows).
- Ability to develop product strategy and actionable roadmap.
- Strong customer empathy and enterprise customer experience.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
