Senior Enterprise QA Engineer
Lead enterprise QA strategy, test automation, performance testing, and cross-functional quality initiatives across web, mobile, API, and enterprise platforms. Requires 8+ years QA experience, strong automation skills, and enterprise system integration expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide testing programs for web, mobile, API, cloud, and enterprise applications
- Define and implement enterprise QA strategies, test plans, testing standards, and governance frameworks
- Manage functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, automation, and performance testing activities
- Develop and maintain automated regression test suites for continuous validation and release readiness
- Lead performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and DevOps teams
- Support CI/CD integration and shift-left testing practices
- Establish QA metrics, dashboards, defect management processes, and quality reporting standards
- Identify testing risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies
- Mentor QA engineers and coordinate offshore/onshore testing teams and vendor partners
- Ensure production readiness and support release management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
- Strong experience in enterprise application testing and QA leadership
- Hands-on experience with Test Automation Tools like Selenium, Worksoft along with Performance testing tools like Loadrunner, Tricentis
- Experience testing integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
