- Champion agentic/AI engineering practices to accelerate development lifecycle.

- Experience with cloud technology, scalable software, and handling large data volumes.
- Strategic skills to set technical direction, facilitate design sessions, create architectural diagrams, and evaluate risks.
- Mentoring abilities for team professional development.
- Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.

- Formal managerial experience in career coaching and performance management.
- Background in C#, React, React Native, MongoDB, AWS, and adjacent technologies.

Compensation
- Base salary: $159,000–$265,000 USD.
- Eligible for long-term incentive (LTI) award and performance-based bonuses.
- 401(k) match up to 4%.
