Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
  • Design and implement a new outbound sales motion targeting mid-market and enterprise accounting firms.
  • Manage, coach, and grow a team of high-performing AEs to hit aggressive revenue targets.
  • Refine sales motion from discovery to close, communicating AI agent value.
  • Provide pipeline visibility, identify market trends, and adjust strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in management/team lead.
  • Experience building outbound programs, territory strategies, or new segment entries.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting industry, fintech, or professional services workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills for simplifying AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build repeatable sales processes while maintaining team morale.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Gong).
  • Background in accounting or professional services.
  • Prior startup experience during Seed to Series B transition.
