About the role

Responsibilities

  • Managing and coaching a bench of individual contributors who are driving results
  • Building a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline and leadership bench
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to ensure requirements are met to hit targets
  • Communicating actively and often with tailored messaging so that all stakeholders are in the loop, and the sales team is motivated and focused
  • Strategizing and prioritizing using data and organizational knowledge
  • Working closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to build reporting, forecasts, and roadmaps

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience building strong, inclusive, high-performing teams
  • Proven track record working with multiple stakeholders across the organization
  • Strong business acumen and appreciation for reporting and data fidelity
  • Experience working autonomously
  • Passion for healthcare and health systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Unrelenting desire to build equitable, inclusive workplaces

NYC Base Salary Range: $80,500—$133,000 USD (Variable pay and/or equity may apply)
