Summary
Support Upstart's recruiting team by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records in Greenhouse and ModernLoop, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide an exceptional experience for all stakeholders including candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Actively identify opportunities for streamlining recruitment processes, contributing ideas, and implementing improvements.
- Be an active participant in recruitment strategy meetings to understand the needs of the hiring team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and scheduling system (ModernLoop).
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing interview materials, coordinating travel arrangements (if applicable), and managing recruitment-related documentation.
- Represent Upstart’s Recruiting function in a positive and professional manner for both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations. Previous experience with scheduling or calendaring (Greenhouse and ModernLoop is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- Anticipated hourly rate range: $30–$40 USD
