Recruiting Coordinator - Contract
Recruiting Coordinator managing interview scheduling, ATS data integrity, and candidate experience logistics in a hybrid role at a health tech company.
What You'll Accomplish
Deliver a World-Class Candidate Experience: You will own the scheduling logistics for high-volume interview loops, ensuring every candidate feels respected and valued through timely, clear, and professional communication.
Drive Operational Excellence: You will maintain 100% data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby), ensuring that candidate records, interview stages, and feedback forms are accurate and up-to-date.
Partner for Success: You will collaborate closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to solve scheduling puzzles, manage calendar changes, and ensure interview panels are prepared and on time.

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer-facing role (internships included).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and the ability to manage complex calendars.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional email etiquette.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse).
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Familiarity with Slack and Zoom.
Hiring Associate
Manage high-volume hiring pipeline for Care Professional candidates, guiding them from application through onboarding while ensuring compliance and meeting hiring KPIs. Requires 2+ years recruiting, hiring, or customer support experience and strong communication skills.
