About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives across reporting, data infrastructure and artificial intelligence to support internal teams at Stripe.
  • Drive the development of internal GenAI applications, including use case scoping, vendor evaluation, data readiness, and change management for operational adoption.
  • Conduct technical and business feasibility analysis for data center localization to support Stripe’s global expansion, addressing compliance, latency, and operational readiness.
  • Lead efforts to platformize reporting by building reusable data models and internal tools that scale across multiple product and finance use cases.
  • Oversee the development of a semantic layer to standardize key metrics and accelerate self-service analytics for data consumers.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, legal, and compliance teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient product delivery.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in engineering or a related field, followed by 3 years of experience in product design or engineering.
  • 3 years of experience driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple teams.
  • 3 years of experience in gathering and prioritizing complex deliverables while engaging with customers, managing technical and business trade-offs, and collaborating in a cross-functional environment with customers, business leaders, and technical teams to deliver complex data and platform products in the fintech industry.
  • 3 years of experience working on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
  • 3 years of experience with software product management.
  • 3 years of experience utilizing data to manage metric, drive process improvement, and implement business cases.
  • 3 years of experience in developing company-wide product roadmaps, generating feature requirements, and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • 2 years of experience building GenAI applications for fintech industry.

Compensation

Salary: $151,070 - $219,600/yr (base salary; additional equity, bonus, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, wellness stipends possible).
