Partnerships Manager
Identifies, negotiates, and manages partnerships with creators, influencers, B2B brands, and affiliates to drive business impact. Owns strategy, performance reporting, and cross-functional activation with 4-6 years experience in affiliate/performance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new partnership opportunities across creators/influencers, B2B brands, and affiliate networks. Bring creative, non-obvious deals to the table.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies for each partnership channel, ensuring alignment with brand goals and measurable business impact.
- Own performance reporting for partners. Track key metrics, analyze ROI, and use data to inform optimization and prioritization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and promo teams to activate partnerships and integrate into broader campaigns.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, managing contracts and relationships through their full lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, staying ahead of market trends and competitive activity.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in partnership and/or affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record of success managing partnership/affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of attribution and marketing technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Passionate about performance marketing.

Compensation
- Target starting base salary: $112,000 - $140,000, plus target equity.
