About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Own performance and outcomes across a core operational function — including throughput, quality, and reliability
  • Lead and develop a frontline team, setting clear goals, managing performance, and building a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Design and improve processes, training, and quality systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and high impact
  • Use data to drive insights and decisions — identifying gaps, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions that improve performance and efficiency
  • Partner closely with engineering to design, test, and roll out automation and workflow improvements (including AI-powered tools and low/no-code prototypes)
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for patients and providers through operational rigor and empathy
  • Collaborate with leadership to inform strategy, forecast capacity, and shape how Forus scales intelligently over time

  • Proven track record of owning metrics and driving measurable improvement across operational functions
  • Experience building or managing high-performing teams and scaling workflows
  • Strong analytical and technical fluency — comfort working with data; bonus for SQL, automation tools, or AI-driven systems
  • A bias for action: you move fast, simplify complexity, and find leverage through systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a reputation for being a high-NPS teammate
  • A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Benefits

  • Fully covered medical, vision, and dental insurance
  • Memberships for One Medical, Talkspace, Teladoc, and Kindbody
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) and 16 weeks of parental leave
