Network Engineer
Network Engineer deploys, operates, and troubleshoots global backbone, datacenter, and corporate networks. Requires BGP, TCP/IP, routing protocols knowledge, vendor experience (Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Aruba), with strong documentation skills.
Who You Are
- Basic understanding of BGP configuration and management
- Basic knowledge of backbone and datacenter networks
- Working understanding of wireless technologies
- Working knowledge of at least one internal routing protocol, its configuration and day-to-day operation
- Working knowledge of corporate networking
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP
- Working knowledge of remote access
- Strong documentation and communication skills
What You'll Do
Deployment
- Help define configuration and architecture standards
- Contribute to qualification of new platforms
- Provision network devices in corporate offices and POPs per documented procedures
- Provision and manage corporate circuits
Operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of configuration standards and operational procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of corporate device monitoring
- Liaise with third parties, IT, and remote office users to fix and resolve issues
- Create and execute scheduled changes, processes, and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems, firmware updates, and configurations
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot: analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems

Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $180,000 - $440,000 USD
Base salary plus equity, comprehensive medical/vision/dental, 401(k), disability/life insurance, and perks.
