About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test growth messaging across campaigns using performance data.
  • Produce high-impact content assets like white papers and case studies for demand generation, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Own experimentation and optimization of B2B channels including LinkedIn Ads, outbound sales messaging, and media partner campaigns.
  • Design and execute growth campaigns with A/B testing on messaging, creative, and audiences.
  • Create sales enablement content for enterprise sales and outbound emails.
  • Develop thought leadership content to position Counsel as AI-enabled primary care leader.
  • Use data, insights, and analytics for compelling narratives that differentiate Counsel.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in B2B marketing (product, growth, content, or demand gen), ideally healthcare, digital health, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience producing high-quality marketing/sales content and executive collateral.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling enterprise messaging.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven experimentation and performance evaluation.
  • Hands-on with B2B channels like LinkedIn Ads, outbound campaigns, demand gen.
  • Startup mentality for fast-paced environments and building from scratch.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience marketing AI-powered or technically complex products.
  • End-to-end production of long-form assets (white papers, research reports, case studies).
  • Hands-on optimizing paid social or performance channels in B2B.
