Lead Program Manager, Vendor Operations
Lead and evolve Reddit's vendor-supported Ad Review program, driving efficiency, quality, automation, and performance through vendor management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day health and long-term performance of Reddit's vendor-supported Ad Review program.
- Assess the current operating model, identify key gaps, and build a practical plan to improve workflows, accountability, and program performance.
- Partner closely with vendor leadership to improve execution, strengthen governance, and ensure teams are delivering against clear goals.
- Build and manage the metrics, reporting, and operating rhythms needed to understand performance, surface risks, and drive better decisions.
- Act as a trusted bridge between Ad Review, Sales, and the broader Go-To-Market team, helping support revenue goals while protecting the quality and safety of the Reddit platform.
- Work with Ads Policy, Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve tooling, reduce manual effort, and remove friction from the review process.
- Turn operational data, escalations, and stakeholder feedback into practical improvements that make the program faster, more consistent, and easier to run.
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, surfacing risks, tradeoffs, progress, and recommendations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, vendor management, or a related role in a fast-moving technology environment.

- Experience working with offshore or outsourced vendor teams.
- A track record of improving program performance through better processes, stronger metrics, clearer accountability, and scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to set direction for an operational program, not just manage day-to-day execution.

- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to diagnose problems, prioritize work, and measure impact.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, move quickly, and bring structure to messy or evolving problems.
