Growth Marketer
Own and scale Forus's paid acquisition engine across search and social channels to drive efficient provider growth. Requires 3-5+ years running paid campaigns with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
What You'll Own
- Paid search: Own full search strategy, campaign management, and funnel optimization across all search platforms
- Paid social: Own all paid social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels including audience targeting, creative briefing, and CAC optimization
- Creative direction: Brief and review ad creative across channels; maintain a continuous refresh cadence tied to channel performance
- Experimentation and reporting: Build and own attribution infrastructure, reporting dashboards, and a structured A/B testing program across copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with GTM, Design, and Product to optimize the full conversion funnel
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- 3–5+ years of growth marketing or digital marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of paid search and paid social
- Proven track record driving SMB or professional-audience acquisition through digital channels
- Proficiency across some or all of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written communication
- Startup orientation and comfortable operating without a large support team, building processes from scratch, and context-switching across priorities
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience marketing to physicians, clinical staff, or healthcare providers
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance constraints in digital advertising
- Experience with SEO strategy and content-driven acquisition
- Background in B2B SaaS or health tech with a professional-audience ICP
- Experience running video ad campaigns (YouTube, Meta video, OTT)

- Compensation: $150k-$200k
