About the role
Responsibilities
- Build consumer-facing software to reduce interviewer response latency to 200ms, fine-tune models to decrease hallucination, and scale system architecture for thousands of concurrent users.
- Develop enterprise-grade software for integrating with customer hiring systems, visualizing interview results quickly, and expanding to end-to-end hiring coordination.
- Work on feature requests for both candidate interview experiences and employer data aggregation/analysis platforms.
