Front End Engineer (React Native)
Develop user-facing features for the React Native mobile app, collaborating with frontend, product, and backend teams. Requires 6+ years React, 3+ years React Native, strong UX skills, and startup mindset.
Responsibilities
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Identify opportunities to refactor and make features more robust
- Coordinate with QA to test new features
- Be responsible for writing unit and integration tests
- Work together with the backend team to come up with requirements for an API
Qualifications
- 6+ years of React experience
- 3+ years of React Native experience
- Proven hands-on Software Development experience
- Proven experience in React Native, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redux/Global state management frameworks
- Strong UX design skills, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of how to optimize the delivery of code and assets to a browser or device
- Ability to articulate the benefits and challenges of depending on front-end libraries, frameworks, and tool-sets
- Ability to write testable code
- Great interpersonal skills with a team-player disposition
- Knowledge of the start-up world preferred

Compensation
- Salary range: $160,000 - $280,000
- Eligible for equity and an annual performance based bonus
