Feature Platform Engineer

What you'll do:

• Own feature ingestion and storage infrastructure for growth, recommendations, trust & safety, fraud, seller tooling.
• Push real-time decisioning boundaries for faster ML model responses.
• Design real-time feature pipelines for online/offline stores with sub-second latency.
• Optimize performance via resource management and feature caching.
• Build abstractions, APIs, and tools to empower scientists.
• Tackle new technical challenges scaling AI.

You

4+ years developing ML systems and algorithms, plus:

• Bachelor's in CS, Statistics, Applied Math or equivalent.
• 3+ years software engineering for consumer-scale systems.
• 1+ years Python.
• Autonomous work across products, communicate with leadership.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis.
• Monitoring: DataDog, Grafana.
• Cloud: AWS SageMaker, Lambda, Kinesis, S3, EC2, EKS/ECS, Kafka, Flink.

Compensation

$245,000 - $345,000/year + benefits + stock options.
