Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve core agent framework components, orchestration logic, and LLM integration layers.
- Own systems end-to-end for business-critical workloads.
- Collaborate with product and field engineering teams to translate customer needs into robust systems.
- Solve ambiguous problems like improving agent reliability, managing workflows, balancing cost/performance, and integrating new models.
- Participate in design/code reviews, shape technical standards, and interview candidates.
Requirements
- 7+ years software engineering experience, including 2+ years building AI/ML systems in production.
- Deep experience with backend systems in Python (performance, observability, reliability).
- Hands-on experience designing/operating LLM-based systems (agents, orchestration, retrieval, tools).
- Strong communication skills.
- High-ownership mindset.
