Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and outcomes for Recipes, Assays, and Workflows products used by scientists in drug development.
Spend time with customers and GTM teams to understand scientific workflows and translate needs into product direction.
Collaborate with design, engineering, GTM, and customers to build, ship, validate, enable, and market products.
Use tools like SQL, AI, and developer environments to pull data, prototype, summarize notes, and move quickly.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
Diverse career history across 2-3+ meaningfully different domains or product types (strongest signal).
Strong product taste with track record of building products that drive user behavior change.
Architectural fluency to guide data models, state machines, schema design, and technical decisions impacting UX and extensibility.
Technical tool competency; resourceful with SQL, design tools, AI (e.g. Cursor) for data-driven decisions and prototypes.
Clear communication skills to lead conversations, adapt style, and engage audiences.
Track record of outcomes with evidence of impact from key roles.
