Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate robust, scalable AI algorithms and agentic workflows for clinical settings.
Prepare, process, and analyze complex medical data for algorithm development and validation.
Ensure algorithm reliability, performance, and accuracy in production through troubleshooting, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Clinical Specialists to translate clinical and business needs into data-driven solutions.
Research, develop, and integrate text-based algorithms for medical text.
Apply NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract insights from medical texts and develop intelligent agents for clinical decision support.
Stay current with advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and deep learning.
Organize and participate in seminars, book clubs, and conferences.

Technical Stack

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in algorithm development using Python.
Strong foundation in software engineering principles and clean, efficient coding practices.
Extensive experience with NLP, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
Experience deploying, delivering, and maintaining AI algorithms in real-world production environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams involving product managers, clinicians, and engineers.
