About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build the product surface for AI agents that do real insurance work, including tools for creating, running, and supervising agents.
  • Ship across agent authoring, chat assistants that read documents and take actions, human-in-the-loop supervision, and multimodal experiences across documents, voice, and the web.
  • Own features end to end, from idea to shipment, across the stack using React/TypeScript on the front end and Python on the back end.
  • Set the quality and product judgment bar, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years building production full-stack software with customer-facing products.
  • Excellent full-stack skills with React/TypeScript and Python.
  • Strong product and UX judgment.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped features.
  • Clear communication, both in person and in writing.
  • Drive, grit, and ownership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building LLM or agent features in production.
  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • 0-to-1 or early-stage company experience.
