About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively build a book of business through outbound sales efforts.
  • Identify target ICP customer accounts, execute outbound campaigns, and build sales demand to drive closed-won business.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to product demo, contract negotiation, and closing, focusing on expediting deal size and velocity.
  • Manage active sales pipeline while improving and maturing Enterprise Sales processes and playbook.
  • Become a product expert on all components of CodeRabbit.
  • Solve customer needs by communicating benefits through sales discussions, product demos, and POVs.
  • Proficient with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, Command of Message.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 5+ years in a closing and quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly empathetic to customers with curiosity to solve their problems.
  • Technical competency to understand CodeRabbit’s software and build relationships with technical prospects and stakeholders.
  • Strong work-ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, self-directed, and resourceful.
  • Comfortable working quickly in ambiguity and shaping Enterprise Sales playbook.
  • Relentless pursuit to learn and improve through coaching and collaboration.
  • Enthusiastic about making a large impact at a start-up.
