About the role

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement secure, scalable, high-performance mobile applications using React Native
  • Make architectural decisions that will shape how we build the mobile product for years to come
  • Own frontend deployment pipelines that balance velocity and reliability
  • Review code and provide high-leverage feedback to peers
  • Work directly with product managers and designers to align on requirements and deliver polished user experiences
  • Provide guidance on mobile best practices, coding standards, and emerging technologies

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years building and shipping mobile applications used by a significant number of real users
  • Strong iOS or Android engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping quality mobile products
  • React Native experience is a plus but not required — strong iOS or Android engineers are encouraged to apply and we'll support you in getting up to speed
  • Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns and modern best practices
  • Experience making principled technical tradeoffs in fast-moving startup environments
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive requirements across product, design, and engineering
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
