Responsibilities
Analyze member communication performance across channels, segments, and lifecycle stages to identify trends and provide actionable insights that inform messaging strategy.
Collaborate directly with Lifecycle Marketing stakeholders to answer business questions, surface opportunities, and recommend strategies grounded in data.
Design and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to evaluate the effectiveness of lifecycle campaigns and inform roadmap decisions around targeting, timing, and content.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key lifecycle metrics, providing the LCM team with real-time visibility into campaign performance and member behavior.
Develop and maintain models that connect member communication data with behavioral and engagement metrics, enabling consistent and accurate lifecycle reporting.
Generate forward-looking recommendations to optimize lifecycle strategy, presenting findings and actionable next steps to LCM leadership and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a growth, lifecycle, or product-focused environment.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
Creative approach to problem-solving with demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
Self-starting, fast-moving, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Strong technical and analytical skills; SQL skills required.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Sigma or similar.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
