Responsibilities

  • Define the team's vision, set strategic direction, and execute a technical roadmap for conversion modeling.

Requirements

  • 2+ years building and managing high-performing machine learning teams (tech lead experience considered).
  • Deep hands-on experience with ML models in large-scale production systems.
  • Experience with ads conversion modeling, ranking (heavy ranker), and recommendations.
  • Expertise in model architectures (deep learning, ranking, recommendation, conversion modeling).
  • Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • End-to-end ML lifecycle: training, testing, deploying production models.
  • Data pipelines for large-scale data generation and processing.
  • Ads domain: interaction with ranking, bidding, auction, retrieval systems.
  • Strategic thinking, impact-driven mindset, exceptional communication.

Preferred

  • Ads modeling or engagement prediction models experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $230,000—$322,000 USD.
  • Equity (restricted stock units).
