Summary
Lead and develop a team of Account Executives selling Databricks' data and AI platform to Digital Natives customers ($1B+ revenue). Drive team quota attainment, new business acquisition, and account expansion.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and motivate a team of Account Executives focused on selling to Digital Natives customers ($1B+ revenue)
- Build and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets for the team
- Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics
- Develop long-term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships
- Help team understand customer commercial goals and relate them to value proposition
- Lead team to communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations
Requirements
- 5+ years high-growth Cloud/Data & AI leader with experience leading a field sales team
- 3+ years of experience translating a highly technical product into quantified business value for the C-Suite
- 3+ years of experience selling against open source or freemium
- Demonstrated track record delivering towards personal and team goals while upleveling process
- Ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve personal objectives with a team-first mindset
- Coach and develop sales fundamentals to Account Executives including prospecting, forecasting, and negotiation tactics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to the C-Suite
- Willing to travel (<35%)
- Bachelor's degree required
