DevSecOps Engineer III
Integrates DevSecOps practices to secure AWS cloud infrastructure, builds CI/CD pipelines with CloudFormation/OpenTofu/GitHub Actions, implements HA/DR, monitors systems, and ensures operational excellence. Requires 7+ years AWS experience and relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
- Build & Deploy using AWS CloudFormation and OpenTofu for template creation & maintenance
- Leverage GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline for CI/CD automation; apply AWS Cost Optimizations & Well-Architected Best Practices
- Implement HA & DR solutions, improving RTO/RPO
- Maintain AWS Operations with governance mechanisms
- Own Infrastructure and Operational Excellence
- Document and develop processes for organizational systems
- Monitor critical infrastructure and middleware components
- Build and maintain highly available, reliable products across platforms
- Create alarms and monitoring for operational excellence, cost, and performance
- Understand complex architectures and collaborate with multiple teams
- Proactively improve uptime of mission-critical services
Requirements
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Solutions Architect Associate, Developer Associate, or 7+ years implementing/maintaining enterprise AWS environments
- Experience with multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale
- Cloud architecture in AWS with container deployments using OpenTofu, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, CloudFormation
- Experience with AWS services: ECS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, Cognito, WAF, GuardDuty, CloudFront, Route 53, EventBridge
- Observability tools like DataDog, CloudWatch
- Solid understanding of application and infrastructure security
- Strong communication skills

- Knowledge of Azure and Azure Active Directory
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $117,800 - $189,000 (depending on location, skills, experience)
Annual Incentive: Up to 10%
