About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering team responsible for the Reporting product, owning technical strategy, architecture, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate customer needs into engineering solutions.
  • Build and lead a team of engineers and engineering managers, hiring and developing talent.
  • Drive technical excellence through high standards for code quality, system design, and practices.
  • Represent the Reporting team in company-wide engineering strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 5+ years leading engineering teams, including managing managers.
  • Experience shipping and scaling complex software products end-to-end.
  • Built and grown high-performing engineering teams.
  • Deep experience with data-intensive applications, including reporting, analytics, or data visualization.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in healthcare technology or regulated industries.
  • Hands-on experience with AI or ML-powered products.
  • Led engineering at a high-growth startup.
