About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supporting compensation plans and commissions
  • Building reporting and dashboards
  • Analyzing bookings and revenue trends
  • Helping with budgeting and forecasting
  • Improving the systems the company uses to make decisions
  • Partnering closely with accounting, sales, and operations to ensure leadership has accurate data and actionable insights
  • Working across teams and functions and regularly interacting with leadership
  • Taking on larger projects, helping define processes, or moving into more strategic finance or operations work over time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related track
  • Strong financial foundation, including comfort in Power BI, Excel, and other tools
  • Highly self-directed — does not need heavy management or a fully built playbook to be effective
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by chaotic startup environments
  • Strong problem solving instincts and willing to do unglamorous work well

Nice-to-Haves

  • 1+ years experience in IB (Tech focus preferred), in a finance role at a high growth start-up, or an equivalent role
  • Experience with accounting, FP&A, and revenue recognition
  • Experience with M&A or strategic financial projects

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range is $80,000 to $135,000 depending on experience
  • Equity range is $50,000 to $150,000
  • Health insurance, dental, vision, and a 401K
  • Unlimited PTO
