Responsibilities
Own the agent platform across the full stack, including internal- and client-facing React interfaces and backend APIs and services orchestrating agents, workflows, and integrations.
Enable hundreds of internal users and dozens of enterprise clients by shipping features, reliability, and polish for daily use and live demos.
Build the foundational layer for new agent use cases, task formats, and client configurations.
Ship product features that improve internal productivity and customer-facing platform quality.
Translate ambiguous requirements into well-scoped technical solutions with Applied AI researchers, product, design, and operations.
Requirements
2+ years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping production software.
Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js, including frontend architecture, state management, and design patterns.
Backend experience with Python and/or Node.js, relational databases, REST APIs, and asynchronous task infrastructure.
Strong design sense and empathy for end users, with a high bar for usability.
Experience with complex, high-throughput systems, pipelines, large data volumes, or multi-tenant architectures.
High ownership mindset and ability to drive projects from design through delivery.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical and product tradeoffs.
