About the role

Responsibilities

  • Quarterback the Office of the President (OOTP): hold context across workstreams (partnerships, competitive intelligence, new market analyses, deal support, thought leadership), set/manage OKRs, drive accountability.
  • Build and manage OOTP team: partner with recruiting to hire special projects operators and strategic finance support, coach/develop them as a player-coach.
  • Drive high-stakes partnership initiatives: craft joint value narratives, coordinate stakeholders, support financial modeling, market sizing, deal structuring, participate in negotiations.
  • Support internal AI-first initiatives: build/scale company-wide AI knowledge management system, operate OOTP as AI-first team (research, drafting, meeting prep, decision tracking).
  • Serve as President's right hand: collect insights, draft/refine memos, prep board/keynote materials, manage decision flow/calendar with Executive Assistant.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years professional experience with operating track record (beyond just consulting/banking advising).
  • People management experience developing high-performers.
  • Comfort with financial modeling, quantitative analysis, deal structuring, unit economics.
  • Strong written communication for memos, pre-briefs, decision documents.
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems end-to-end, help others unblock.
