What you’ll do at Figma
Empower users at scale: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers unlock the full potential of Figma across real product workflows
Create compelling content: Develop written, visual, and video resources that reflect how modern teams actually design and build, from early exploration to production-ready systems
Inspire community connections: Foster meaningful relationships within the Figma community, identify collaboration opportunities, and nurture user-driven initiatives
Speak and engage at events: Regularly present at industry meetups, conferences, and community events, sharing practical insights from real-world design work
Champion user voices: Stay attuned to community feedback, sentiment, and emerging design trends—advocating internally to inform product decisions and improvements
Requirements
Deep, hands-on expertise with Figma and demonstrated experience integrating it within real product teams and modern product development environments, collaborating closely with engineers and cross-functional partners
Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving workflows, including design systems, tokens, and AI-assisted design or prototyping
Active participation in the design community, whether through events, online platforms, open-source contributions, or advocacy work
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex workflows or systems clearly — and a track record of confidently engaging large audiences in public speaking settings
Thorough understanding of modern product design workflows, with hands-on experience building, managing, or using design systems

Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary range: $153,000—$317,000 USD
