Staff Product Designer, Ads

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts to measurably improve people’s lives within a focused, balanced team.
• Guide the team’s culture through mentorship and thought leadership.
• Infuse user-centered practices across the organization.
• Collaborate daily with Product Manager, Engineering lead, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead design critiques with cross-functional stakeholders and peers.
• Collaborate with other design leads on Design Ops initiatives.
• Influence decisions within and outside the team.
• Explore opportunities, launch features into production with iterations.
• Mentor fellow team members.
• Take on Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) role within the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant product design experience, with Ads platform experience required.
• Experience building platform and B2B products.
• Experience with Figma, Claude, and AI tooling.
• Ability to execute evaluative user research studies.
• Technical acumen and experience designing for complex problems and tools.
• Ability to self-direct and prioritize work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience designing, building, maintaining and implementing design systems.
• Team and/or project management experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $173,742 - $204,402
