Responsibilities
Empathize with users by deeply understanding their workflows through hands-on learning.
Inform the product roadmap by prioritizing and defining products needed for safe and efficient commercial autonomous vehicle operations.
Lead the definition, design, and development of innovative tools that provide "superpowers" to the Operations Team, directly impacting the number of operators needed per vehicle.
Act as a force multiplier by defining and communicating product goals, requirements, and constraints; surface and understand root causes of problems; source and synthesize feedback from experts and experiments; define success metrics, measure progress, and drive execution pace.

Compensation
Base pay range: $193930 - $291150 (depends on experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills).
