Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own features end-to-end: design, implement, test, and deploy user-facing functionality and backend APIs.
  • Work across front-end, backend, and database layers, helping define the technology stack.
  • Integrate AI and large language model capabilities into workflows.
  • Build performant, secure, and scalable services for enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with platform engineers on infrastructure and with product and design teams on user experience.
  • Contribute to internal tooling, code quality, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Build enterprise-grade security and compliance into products, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 considerations.
  • Deliver features for enterprise users and take products from 0 to 1.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in full-stack engineering or software engineering with end-to-end ownership in SaaS environments serving enterprise customers.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and building clean, performant user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Go, Rust, or C++.
  • Experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Pragmatic, product-driven approach suited to a high-velocity startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience building applications with AI or large language model integrations.
  • Exposure to IT service management or enterprise workflows.

  • Estimated yearly salary: $160,000–$230,000 USD.
