Infrastructure Deployment Lead

Role Scope

Lead infrastructure deployment across sites: the teams and process that turn finished data halls into racked, cabled, validated infrastructure. Own the deployment schedule per hall: hundreds of racks and hundreds of thousands of terminations landed in weeks. Build the contractor workforce model that scales deployment crews site to site without quality drift. Drive deployment tooling: QA gates, tracking, and validation running on software, not spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the teams and processes that turn finished data halls into racked, cabled, validated infrastructure at data center scale.
• Own the deployment schedule per hall, delivering hundreds of racks and hundreds of thousands of terminations in weeks.
• Build and scale the contractor workforce model across multiple sites while maintaining quality.
• Drive development of deployment tooling including QA gates, tracking systems, and validation (software-based, not spreadsheets).
• Stand up gigawatts of compute per year, with data halls going from construction handover to serving GPUs in weeks across multiple sites.
• Deploy 10GW+ with software and tooling to improve efficiency at scale rather than increasing headcount.

Requirements

• Led physical infrastructure deployment at data center scale.
• Run contractor workforces of dozens to hundreds through hard quality gates.
• Hit rack-and-cable schedules others called impossible.
• Built or specified deployment tracking tooling.
