Staff Accountant

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Some experience supporting accounts receivable and billing functions
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly when working with vendors
• Experience performing account reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with Ramp, Campfire, or similar AP platforms is a plus
• Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day accounts payable function
• Support month-end close activities
• Provide backup support for billing and accounts receivable operations
