The Opportunity
Seeking an Area Manager (ICQA) to launch and operate fulfillment centers, focusing on inventory control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Lead teams on the operating floor, optimize ICQA processes using data analytics, and drive efficiency in logistics operations.
Responsibilities

ICQA Operations and Quality Assurance:
- Support safety programs and compliance.
- Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts per SOX regulations.
- Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy; provide feedback to operations management.
- Analyze customer complaints and defects; develop action plans.
- Identify root causes of inventory deviations.
- Lead network-wide fulfillment and operations quality initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects.
- Analyze KPIs and metrics to optimize performance.
- Develop SOPs and best practices.
- Contribute to technology solutions for ICQA.

Team Management and Development:
- Lead area managers and hourly associates.
- Drive performance, development, and engagement.
- Motivate and mentor team members.
