Responsibilities
Own Suno’s organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Threads, and emerging platforms—setting vision, audiences, pillars, and cadence.
Develop and lead social team, hiring community managers, creators, editors to ship high-volume, culturally-fluent content.
Define social voice and creative point of view—playful, musical, irreverent.
Lead in-house content production from concept to edit, partnering with Brand, Creative, Content teams.
Identify and react to trends, memes, cultural moments with rapid content.
Build creator and community ecosystem via partnerships, UGC, community-led storytelling.
Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Comms, Artist Relations, Growth.
Own social KPIs, performance reporting, and data-driven strategy.
Develop platform-native strategies and social operations (calendars, workflows, playbooks).
Requirements
8–10+ years social media experience, leading at consumer brand, music/entertainment company, or agency.
Proven track record building/leading social teams.
Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Threads.
Lead end-to-end member growth, retention, and engagement strategy for a healthcare startup. Own P&L metrics like enrollment, LTV:CAC, and retention; oversee multi-disciplinary marketing teams; partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive revenue and operational plans.
