About the role
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead a team of media experts dedicated to optimizing our presence across all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social, display, affiliate programs, and beyond
Be strategic in identifying opportunities to drive growth through paid marketing, but also be comfortable diving in deep into platforms and data to unlock growth opportunities
Collaborate with the Global Demand Generation team to support building campaigns that fit the needs of every region
Assess and build in-house talent where necessary and partner with media agencies as needed
Requirements:
8+ years of experience leading a paid/performance marketing function for a high growth company
2+ years managing a team of direct reports
Experience in building global paid marketing campaigns
Experience managing $xxM media budget with clear visibility into payback period
Nice to have:
Experience in Paid Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, and/or Display
In-house experience at a high-growth B2B or PLG (Product-Led Growth) SaaS company is preferred, where you have directly owned paid marketing strategy and budget rather than managing client accounts in an agency setting
