About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ship end-to-end features: design, code, test, deploy, and operate them in production.
  • Work directly with users to turn feedback into improvements quickly.
  • Build and operate frontend and backend systems that remain fast and reliable as traffic grows.
  • Review pull requests, share context, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience building products as a full-stack developer.
  • Experience building real-world applications with a high bar for quality.
  • Resourcefulness and comfort working in a small team where ownership and speed are the norm.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer.
  • Strong product sense.
  • Experience building LLM-powered products.
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, and Redux.
