About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with prospects and customers to deeply understand problems and needs.
  • Research, partner across functions, and analyze feedback and usage data to ensure solutions solve problems across the customer base.
  • Own the AI-powered workforce setup and onboarding experience, ensuring contact center data is accurate, timely, and complete, and customers can quickly configure their workforce.
  • Scale and deepen the integrations platform, shaping strategy for integrations with the broader support ecosystem, including decisions on build vs. partner.
  • Empower support leaders with data by ensuring analytics pipeline, core metrics, and definitions are accurate, fast, well-defined, and consistent, and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Lead and mentor junior PMs, raising the bar on product thinking, writing culture, and ways of working.
  • Champion high product quality, usability, visual design, accuracy, and shipping impactful work.
  • Foster a fast-paced, growth-mindset, empathetic culture in an ambiguous environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, with proven track record of impact beyond feature-level work.
  • Experience at a growing, venture-backed startup where business needs and teams evolve quickly.
  • Strong analytical and technical product skills, with ability to get deep in data and technical details, and form perspectives on integration strategies, data stacks, and infrastructure choices.
  • Experience building analytics products or data-driven experiences for business users.
  • Collaborative style with track record of building strong partnerships across functions, especially engineering.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a rigorous writing culture.
  • Customers-first mindset with strong discovery and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
  • Bias to action and sense of urgency.
  • Currently based in or willing to relocate to the New York metro area.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience building AI-powered product features in a practical, customer-value-driven way.
  • Experience designing or managing integrations products and platform API strategy.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $190,000 - $260,000
